Cleary Irish Dance encompasses the Cleary School of Irish dance, Cleary Irish Dance Company (CIDC) and the non profit arm, St. Ambrose Irish Dance Association, Inc.

Why Irish Dance?

Cleary Irish Dance believes that there is a place in Irish dance for everyone regardless of age or level and as such, offers beginner to championship classes in solo, team and performance for students from four years of age through adult. “If you can walk, you can dance!” One does not have to be of Irish ancestry to appreciate and enjoy Irish dance. All students are treated equally. Irish dance is a healthy activity that not only provides great exercise but increases poise and confidence, develops concentration, coordination and discipline. Students learn to develop the qualities needed for successful teamwork and at the same time, learn life lessons both on and off the dance floor. Most importantly, no-one can take away the life-long friendships that are forged through this activity. Hence, the logo for Cleary Irish Dance is The Celtic Circle of Friendship.
